Enrollment procedure

Step 1

Secure an Enrollment form at the Registrar’s Office

Step 2

Fill out the Enrollment Form

Step 3

Submit the filled-out form to the Registrar’s Office for verification

Step 4

Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the payment

new students and transferees

Step 1

Prepare the following requirements:

Preschool, Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School

Step 2

Test Scheduling and Interview with the Parents

Step 3

Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for the Entrance Examination payment

Step 4

Entance Examination and Interview

• If a stable internet connection is available, the guidance Personnel will administer the test and interview through online platform
• If there is no stable internet connection available, the Guidance Personnel will go to the applicant’s residence and administer the test.

Note: Wearing of face mask is necessary and physical distancing will be observed.
