REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADE ONE

 

  1. At least six (6) years old on or before August 31 of the current school year (as per DepEd Order no. 47, s. 2016. as amended by DepEd Order no. 20, s. 2018 )
  1. Report card from the Kindergarten last attended;
  1. Two (2) copies of birth certificate (one original and one photocopy issued by the National Statistics Office/NSO);
  1. School’s entrance examination result;
  1. Two copies of 2 x 2 ID picture
  1. Personal interview by the Admission Committee representative.
